People ask me all the time, “Why do you shoot weddings? Isn’t it stressful?” and I always reply the same thing. It’s almost impossible to have a bad day when I’m there for someone’s best day. Seeing the excitement build as a bride is getting ready. Seeing a groom waiting at the end of the aisle already choking up, I can’t get enough of it! I’m very lucky to be somebody who loves their work, which is something extremely rare and I’m very grateful for. I love meeting new people and finding a genuine connection with the couples I work with. It’s so important for me to get that initial spark with a couple, it really shows in the final product.

Hi, I’m David! Photography quickly became my passion when my late Grandad left me his camera – which is actually what inspired our logo! My other passion in life is travel, I moved from the UK to Australia in 2018 and haven’t looked back. I am in love with this country and feel so grateful to call this place home. When I’m not taking pictures I’m most likely exploring.…while probably still taking pictures! As a photographer capturing people’s raw emotion, passion, love, joy is what I love to do. Street photography is where I really began, it’s all about capturing real people in a real moment and that’s what drew me towards wedding photography, I want to capture your special day with all those in-between moments, when you lock eyes for the first time as you’re walking down the isle, or stood at the altar. The way your Mother is looking at you with tears in her eyes knowing this is the start of your new beginning. The shake of the head from the new in-laws as the best man’s speech has some questionable jokes. I want to capture it ALL, the contagious happiness, celebratory laughter, the happy tears, the loving looks, it all!
